1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or otherwise accessing Neuctra Notlix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the workspace.
These terms apply to all tasks, roadmaps, notes, journal entries, finance records, and any other features of the Neuctra Notlix Personal Life OS.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to use Neuctra Notlix. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Plans & Subscriptions
Neuctra Notlix offers a free plan and may offer paid plans with additional features. Prices, features, and billing terms for paid plans will be presented to you before you subscribe.
You may cancel a paid plan at any time. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Neuctra Notlix. This includes attempting unauthorized access to any account or system, uploading malicious code, scraping the service, or using the workspace for any unlawful purpose.
- No attempts to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform.
- No uploading of content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
- No using the service to store or transmit malware or unsolicited bulk content.
5. Your Content & Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of the tasks, roadmaps, notes, journal entries, and financial records you create in Neuctra Notlix. We do not claim ownership over your content.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service for you. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time from your account settings.
6. Intellectual Property
Neuctra Notlix, its name, logo, design, and underlying software are the property of Neuctra and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding or software without written permission.
7. Termination
You may stop using Neuctra Notlix and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or create risk or legal exposure for us or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Neuctra Notlix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neuctra and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our features or legal requirements. We will update the "last updated" date above when changes are made. Continued use of Neuctra Notlix after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
